Default finally pics of 2006 J-spec tails on my Silverstone

here are some shots....put them on in 25 degree weather today...didnt take too long to shave the plug...didnt know they only use 1 plug on the 2006 lights...2003+ is 2 bulb plugs...i just wrapped my other plug in electrical tape..

here are day/night pics

opinions and comments are welcome...i know a lot of ppl dont like them but o well.

first is reg light on...2nd is the brake on... it was too cold tonight to take more...but i will soon

J-Spec? Thats the company name or your saying these tails come on Fairlady's...?

I commend you for the being the first in the U.S. that I know of with Jdm tail lights. very original just hope to god noone else gets them hehe.

thank you i hope no one else around here gets them too lol

if i decide to go with black rims over the summer i think i may get em smoked lightly...but im liking them a lot the way they are now... ill take more pics tom. from distance...

i know they are expensive also...which turns a lot of ppl off...but for me it was worth it to be different and unique...and i love them personally

also, the bottom part with the internal red deflector, I can't tell but are those turn signals or brake lights? They look lit up. And if they are, does that mean your OEM US turn signals (the white square below the tail lights) are useless now or do you use those as well.

might actually be from the camera flash...theres def no turn signal bulb in the tail light...its the same setup as stock lights....just these lights have 1 plug instead of 2

Hey ya finally got em on Pretty easy install huh? Good job looks great steve.

I love just how bright they are compared to our orig oem bulbs. Its also fun to see other z owners (non z enthusiasts im thinking) around town doing doubletakes when they see the tails esp the ones with the 06's.

nope no turn signal, just reg red leds, but when you look at em at night from the side, you only see that red strip lighted pretty cool.
yea was pretty simple...was just so cold my hands were knumb while doing it lol...yea the brightness is out of this world i love it...yea im waiting to pass some 06 Zs see wat they have to say lol

im thinking of putting leds in the turn/reverse now...
