My cars fate in your hands! POLL!
All,
I am at a turning point with my car, and.. wanted to see what you all thought.
I have fufilled all of my obligations to my 2005 sponsors, and am only carrying 2 sponsors at this time in 2006... so... I can get away with removing my graphics..
I had my drivers side door repaired from a minor mishap in a parking lot (young lady decided to back into me )
the question is .. should I ..
Here are the existing graphics on my car:
and the other side
And here is the Drivers side (freshly repaired) maybe it will give enough referance to see what it would look like w/out the graphics.
Currenly my car is akward.. most of the graphics on the drivers side are gone, while the other side, still has all of them.
Thanks for the advice in advance guys!
~Mike

- Go clean... very little, to no graphics
- Replace the graphics with the ones that were previously there
- Go with a totally new design.

my vote would be since they are already off one side and your sponsor obligations are done maybe try going with a clean subtle look with some discrete graphics for a while at least until a new design comes to mind

Left side= looks just like every other Z (minus body kit)
Right side= Mike's Z is truly one of a kind.
replace 'em with something, either the same pattern or something new. And if you show, you're wasting you're time if you don't have 'em.

I voted for the third option, here is an idea:
My next dream thing I would do if I had sponsers would be the Top Secret wide body. Love how slick the 350Z looks with the top secret wide body with no wing. It looks so sexy and slick with no wing.

I like the car. Personally, I'd go with the clean look. I do have to admit that those graphics don't look too bad though. Try the clean look. If you don't like it after a few months, revert back .

I think for the moment go clean (at least for a couple of weeks) and see what you think. It will definitely lose some of that WOW effect, but you might like it to be a little more subtle.
If you don't think it has enough pop, then start thinking of a new design, or updated version of the old one with Pag. Kelly is right in that without graphics or a really eye catching paint job, going to shows would just be for fun. Winning would be difficult.
Just my $.02
