I just received my air duct for the C-West N1 front bumper, I was told that I don't need to remove the bumper to install it however I'm not so sure that's the case. If anyone has installed one and can offer me some tips I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!
Thanks!
it looks like you might have to pull the bumper out, because the bumper end is wider, meaning it won't fit through the hole if you try to push it in through the intake-side.
Removing the bumper takes you 5 min though, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Maybe it's not necessary to do all of that, please let me know...
Check this thread, has some tips for bumper removal. You really don't have to remove wheels if you have a short enough screw driver or air wrench.

1.) 6 plastic clips on top, use a flat head, pull halfway, then pull the whole thing out.
2.) 10 bolts at the bottom of the bumper. Size 10.
3.) 3 bolts on each side behind the headlight. Size 10. Turn the wheel to the right to do the left side and vice versa. Pull back the plastic cover to access them.
That's it.

be careful with the bolts under the bumper, those sometimes give me trouble if they don't go in correctly (crooked), so take your time feeling around where the bolts need to go straight.
I did installed it before. You can slid it in between the bumper and the OEM air box inlet. But you will have to pull the bumper foward a bit. Just becareful not to crack it. Since it is made of fiberglass.
