if I install the stock spoiler with double sided 3m tape, can I remove it without ripping the paint off? is it difficult? thx.

Yes, but you have to be very careful. If you're patient removing the adhesive it will come off, but you'll have to have the right solution. And after you get the spoiler off you'd have to clay bar it and wax it right away. It can be difficult if you rush it.

So does anyone have any storys of putting a oem spoiler on with only the double sided tape and it worked out for the best?

 

It's not bad just buy some very good fishing twine and run it under the spoiler in a slicing motion.
