What about getting the handles recreated out of billet aluminum and then getting them anodized to match the car. That would be really sweet looking!

I read through the thread and find no mention of the fact that the stock door handles are painted silver already. Maybe I missed it, but painting the handles another color might not present any new problems.

its not really paint exactly, tho it is a coating, it is almost a liquid metal. hard to describe, mostly cause Im not sure what it is, but I think it has a few things different from regular paint. and either way, youd likely want to strip whatever is on there down to the bare plastic...

Default seconding...

I say black chrome! I think that'd look really cool. It wouldn't stand out quite as much as the current silver ones do, and but also not blend in completely, which would take away from the designers intent. Plus, it would look ****ing pimp.

Matix,
If you're going to be roll'n on silver wheels or polished lip wheels like the GT-C's you're trying to sell, I would keep the aluminum handles as a complement to the wheels.

I, myself, have the bronze TE's so the more i look at my car the more i get annoyed with the shear size and color of the door handles seeming to clash with the wheels...im so auto fashion conscious. I'm thinking about getting a matching finish on the handles with the wheels but i don't know if i will like that either.
