Default Z Emblem..... pic.

Well, i got bored, and decided to take the Z off from my strut bar. I placed it on my hatch where the nissan burger went, it covers up the holes nicely. I applied a few coats of primer, about 6 coats of black paint made especially for plastic, then gave it a clear coat, i think it looks good. Im lookin for opinions =] thanks.

Not really feeling it. A little "plain". Unique idea, none-the-less

The process isnt actually complete, its a PPW. In a few weeks i plan to add smoked overlays, window tint, and im also going to paint the front emblem ( It will be black paint instead of the silver, and the nissan indentations will be painted white), as well as getting drilled or slotted rotors with black calipers.

^pegs that go through holes and then it looks like they melted the plastic to form a mushroom, or just added adhesive. Takes like 5 minutes to get it out.

Yea the emblem was attached by pegs, i went ahead and got a wire cutter, cut off the pegs, then sanded down the edges. I mounted it with 3M tape, as well, I got class right now, so ill post everything that you guys asked again when i get back. The paint cans are in my room somewhere, so check back later tonite guys. Keep the opinions coming, any idead on what i should do with my fairlady Z badge that i had removed, its laying around, and i wanna put it to good use.

Looks sweet...how much did that run you at the body shop to get rid of the holes and the rear wiper hole?

I had a bunch of other work done at the same time, but the hatch was around $400 I believe to fill in everything and paint it.

Without a doubt. I love the clean look of the hatch shaved.
