03 Base Headlight bulb upgrade help!

This thread plays off the one posted. I got in a fender bender and while I have the headlights out I want to upgrade the bulbs. I've never really researched lights and tried to search this site with little to no luck! Remember its Halogen and changing to 06 is not an option($$$).
Headlight: What our my options? I'd like to have a yellow tinted light(are there any?)
Day running lights: I've seen yellow ones on a PPW and loved them, what type of light?
Turn signal: Noticed people running chrome bulbs... what color are they when flashing(color options?)
Light under diffuser: I've got smoked diffusers so does changing the bulb color matter? If I go with a yellow theme do they make these bulbs in yellow?
High Beam: Even worth changing... options?
Any help would be appreciated in type of bulb, color and locations to purchase!

You can get an HID kit from me (when I get some more).
If you want yellow tinted lights, then just get some yellow headlight overlays from BlueBatmobile.

You can get amber 5LED Matrix bulbs from www.superlumination.com, size 194)

The chrome ones usually flash amber, but gives it the clear look when off). You can get also the 15LED bulbs from www.superlumination.com, either superwhite or amber, size 7440. If you do decide to do this, you need to purchase the load equalizers (3ohm, one for each side, so total of 2) so that your blinkers don't blink too fast.

Shouldn't matter, don't even bother changing this bulb since it's covered and it doesn't blink or anything, all it does is it's on and that's it.

Don't bother, you rarely use them anyway. If you want, buy some Sylvania Silverstars, they are pretty white (but if you are going to go with the yellow tint, why bother.
