Seriously, guys, I really want to know where we can purchase those smoked markers that all...I repeat, ALL of the Japanese Z's have. It is especially noticeable on the Greddy Daytona Blue Z and since that is the color I ordered I really want to know...
It looks really evil to me on the darker colors. Please help, and I want info on the actual sidemarkers, not little tricks to make it kind of look smoked...thanks...

in the classified's JAPANPARTS is wanting to know what everyone wants Group buys or not,...he even said Smoked(almost Blk) lenses---I will se what he can do and if I find out anything I'll let ya know,...!

 

I think this is some hoax the japanese are making up to torture us american Z owners. I have been on teh hunt to locate these "smoked" lenses and have had -10% luck on finding anything that even remotely resembles useful information on finding them.

But really, yea, im sick of seeing all the FairladyZ with them yet NO ONE knows how to get a set or where to go to get them. I mean, if its a stock part, their parts department at the dealers in japan should have a TON of them available sitting on a shelf somewhere......

and thank you VERY much, those are incredable. tho I dont like them on either of those cars, thats not the point, cause I want them on my car which is black. silver is ok, but they just look out of place on the sunset... maybe its just me.

ok, now Im calling in the big guns, I will have them. perhaps my connections to nissan can order some from over seas... Ill see about ordering a bunch if I can get any since it seems theres quite a market for them here.

No, the headlight housings are definitely chrome stock (if they were black i woulda known and been all over tryin to find a pair of those too). I think the black smoked lenses are a HUGE improvement over the amber on my LeMans. I look at it EVERY day in my garage and i think that the amber ones are just too much on an already "orange" car, and the clear JDM optional ones are just too bright on the "orange" The black seems to be the best way to go on ANY color since it just darkens out the sides and gives it that brake vent look in the process.

Sorry, didnt know someone was lookin for more pics of the blacked out lenses, i thought that everyone else looking for them already knew what they looked like. (why buy something if you dont know what your looking for....)

clear sidemarkers. unless your a bit of a ricer than they are authentic JAY DEE EMM YO.

nothing wrong with clears, but their just an aftermarket part like anything else.

 

what the point of having smoked reflectors? just the look?

it looks like nothing is there in the first place.

 

JDM is the sheeeat...it makes the bumper look like you have two vertical vents in them...vertical vents are sweet...

You have a Daytona Blue...just take a close look at the Greddy Z w/ it's smoked reflectors, sweet and tasty, is it not?

thats about as JDM as you can get as far as exterior goes.....not much else!unless bodykit wise,..but as far as JDM OEM...dis be all thats diffrent.

well,.I got Fu*ked,..but damn Courtesy Parts has some cheap ****!!!I got my BOSE Woofer panel for like $5 and a guy on ebay is sellin em for like $30

damn.....guess I'll check w/ them before I order amy more JDM parts--maybe they'll be gettin the Damn "FAIRLADY Z" emblem too!! That I def need!!
