Default carbon fiber hood on a redline

Nice looking or ugly?

I need pics of them on redlines.

I'm trying to decide if someday I will repaint the stock hood and my rear spoiler at the same time when the hood chips get bad enough or buy a carbom fiber hood, on an otherwise mostly stock looking '06 redline.

I mean I can see instances where it'd look good..but i'm not a fan of big, bombastic kits, so I would never do it.

I also own a SB

and Chad,

bring it to Tommy Auto Body in San Jose. Expert in Z color matching. They paint and install the kit for this Redline too. Let Mr. Gia know Alex refer you down. He will take good care for you.

This isn't my Z but this is one of the cleanest looks for a carbon fiber hood that I've seen on a redline...

enjoy

I have my kit at the paintshop as we speak... Praying for a good finish and color match... Hopefullt it should be ready mid next week, fingers crossed!

Reg this topic, i would definitely recomend painting the hood, personally i dont like multi colored cars, with that much black it dosent look as clean as i like. Some smaller details in CF is just cool though, as long as it dosent cover larger areas.

First time I have seen a colored carbon fiber hood before. Blends much nicer than black.

Hmmm actually I think I may have answered my own question, that is a Seibon hood?

I was wondering if there are known problems with rain water getting into the engine bay with all of those vents? They are functional, vents no?
