Default Tommy Kiara Emblem Installed (Pix)

I finally received my TK emblem this week and installed it this weekend. If it looks like it is not straight, it is because of the shape of the emblem. The right side of the emblem sits a little lower than the left side. Likewise, the top left side sits a little higher than the right side. Now, I am just trying to decide on whether or not to black out my tail lights. What do you guys think about blacking out my tail lights??

Enjoy!

looks good. where did yu get the emblem from?
I wouldn't black out the tail lights. The red tail lights and the red emblem right in the middle looks SWEET. Leave it how it is.

From one SB owner to another, don't black out the tail lights. The emblem looks great, everyone is going to ask where you got it and how much so you might as well get it posted.

Here is how I found out about the TK Z emblem.

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=170191

The guy that imported them for us ONLY has 1 more I think. I paid $120 shipped for mine! Kind of expensive, but when someone has what you want, you tend to pay more for it! And Tommy Kiara does not make these any more so they are extremely rare!!

Damn, $120 for an emblem......I just can't justify it. My car is a daily driver, someone would swipe it with in a month, I'm sure.

leave the tail-lights alone, I have and SB and the contrast is good. My son says it makes the car have a black widow look.

To each his own but, black cars can easily be over done with tinting, black wheels and smoked lenses.

Car looks great! Not really too keen on the emblem though. Maybe a nice chrome Z emblem like on the side markers, or put back on the OEM emblem. Nice looking car though.

Thanks man! The TK emblem has some chrome around the edges. I am probably going to remove the black paint from the side emblems soon though. I think they will match the door handles rather nicely.

I'm in the same boat. I saw pictures of his a loooong ways back and was like "I must have that emblem!". As soon as I saw the thread where BhashaZ was selling them I had to jump on it!

So maybe mine isn't crooked? Mine looks lower on the right also...oh well.

it is shaped like that b/c it is meant to be on the right side of that hatch not the middle, but still looks good. i wonder why people cant get the rest of the badges too?
