Default JDM clear LED taillights

I just saw these while browsing the Net and was wondering what you guys think... They might look okay on certain colors but I'd have to see these up-close to be sure.

I think they would look best with the darker colors. They have a color bar on the left side and if you click the colors, they will give you an idea how the tail lights will look on your car.

I think they also look good with black, and match up nicely with the head lights if you look at the car from the side. I wonder if the price on these will ever come down. I can do performance stuff for $500+ instead.

Do you guys think that they will look good on a Daytona Blue Z? I used the color indicator on Courtesy's site but it is hard to tell with such a small picture. I like the JDM lights much better than the 06 USDM LEDs.

My first impression was that they're clean looking but I was worried that they'd be mistaken for those cheap and cheesy "Euro and Altezza taillights".

However, after seeing pics of Queens 350Z, these things are growing on me. I would still love to see these in-person if I could.

I've got a Silverstone so it might look okay.

Maybe we can get a summer group buy going or something?

Thanks. I have searched, but I still can't find pictures of the JDM tailights on a Daytona Blue Z. There are pictures of them on several other colors.

Where in Socal are you located? I have the jdm tail lights and you can check them out if you like, my car however is PPW but you will get to judge for yourself if you like them.

look at the 3d tail lights for the z...those are horrible imo

My CS, before with Altezza/Euro clear

And after, with JDM Niisan Clear tails (and with my 295x40 Drag Radials on 18" Enkei Rims for the occasion)

Believe me, there's no way to mistake one for the other !

Danny

I'm currently in San Clemente but I've got friends in L.A. so I might be able to meet-up with you on a weekend sometime.

Do you regularly go to meets?

Yeah, your'e right my ex-girlfriend drives an '06 Acura MDX and I was surprised that it came with clear LED tail lamps (OEM). They look aftermarket. It's a departure from the earlier MDX's but it doesn't look bad.
