anyone know where to find a cheap windshield.!!! i was driving home and a 18 wheeler rocked it hard. (glass flew in and everything).. i dont want to go through insurance so if anyone knows of a website... or a place in texas that might have one let me know.

 

Why not go through insurance? Windshields arent cheap and windshield damage has no ( or little at worse ) negative affect on your premium.

 

i went thru 2 windshields with my accord, the friggen 18 wheelers should pay for that shiet man i didnt' claim it thru insurance any increase in my premium i aint happy with i'll jus regret it later on

 

I paid 150 for mine after someone didn't like Marines or something and threw a rock at my window.

When you do get estimates, price them without OEM glass... Also, make sure they dont break those panels that are attached to the glass right about the side windows.

edit - so did the glass actually shatter and fall apart, or did it shatter but stay together? good to see you're alright as i'm sure glass shattering in your face while on the freeway could be potentially dangerous.

 

Ah so its only in FL lol. My bad to me it was a no brainer to go with the insurance because ive done it before. Didnt know it was diff in other states.
