Default Hit and run: help need advice

hi all, first off i'd like to say park your car as far as possible to advoid morons
now both my fenders are dented not really bad but repairable, one side has like a horizontal 4 inch dent, the other is bent it doesn't align properly like it should. My question is would it be cheaper to buy new fenders or just repair it ? im looking into getting after market fenders im feelin the amuse kit.

thx for any help , if you have ever experienced fender problems or know of theres costs please let me know.
