I'm trying to place an order with them, but they never pick up the phone or return my messages or my emails. I was trying to get in contact with Bryan Young (Sales Manager), but I'm not getting and feedback from them. Does anyone know if they are still around?

I'm looking to order some 19" Volk SF Challenge and maybe some front 13" brake kit and a CF hood. I'm also looking to strap my whip with a CF Wald kit, but I don't think they have that. I don't know why they are ignoring me.

Sorry if this annoyed anyone for me to post this, but I have a short window to place this order and I'm not getting a response and I'm hoping someone can help me out. Any help will be much appreciated.

Why the sad face? Aren't they famous for being scamers and having horrible service? There are 475694 other shops.

 

I don't know about the scammer part, but I can tell you about horrible service. How about answering all your questions immediately PRIOR to ordering whether its through PM's or email. Then placing the order, and then never getting a response or feedback until your wheels just arrive one day after about 7 months or so.

 

YES 350Z online store sent me a 350Z radiator cap that DID NOT fit! OMG, luckily it was from ARC so i sold it to a friend to fit on his Honda.

 

last time I called them (6 months ago) I was told bryan moved to CA and is working for somebody else

 

They should still be in business... Brian (ELITEMOTION) just posted on the Vendors section trying to do a group buy on hoods (https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=120136) and Paul (RED6) is trying to sell his Z (https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=180200).

I don't know about all the scamming and customer service but I know paul is a good guy. Can't sayb much about Brian though...

 

Brian sold me some wheels. Good service. I would buy from him again.

Hey, thanks a lot for the help, people. There's not much positive feedback about them... I don't think I want to go through the stress. I know that there's plenty of stores out there... it's just that his site had the rims I wanted and I figured when I was ready I would drop him an email and go from there. I guess now I have to start researching again.

I'll hollar at you, Gary, when I have the wheels figured out... thanks. Feel free to post your info.

If anyone had a good experience with someone or a company that you don't mind recommending to me, I'd really appreciate it. I'll do some research in the mean time... I'm freakin' anxious. It's about time that I get the opportunity to add something cool to my car.
