actually, bondo does not have the reconstructive properties to fix something with a break in that area there, b/c theres soo much pulling pressure on the fg due to the fact that its being wrapped around the fender area there. you would need to reglass, then bondo over to get a smooth finish to fix that right there.

Edit: i suppose you could fix something like that with bondo but imo that would not be the correct method in doing so, just a cheap shortcut to prevent havig to reglass, it would probably crack and fall off from stress over time if u did it only using body filler.

if the fender is stretching at the edge of your car frame, sand down the frame a bit, that way, you don't stretch your side too much. Bodyshop doesn't fiberglass your kit again. I

yea, this is an option, you could sand down the frame. For me, when it comes to fitting kits, i always try to do as much to the kit before having to alter the car. but thats just me.

I just ordered a replica rear end Ings kit from VIS called the wings. I have had pretty good luck with VIS in the past and hope this one is just as good.

Keep us posted with your progress.

theres always that one person who has to bring something up about replicas...you dont like them so you dont have to have one....some people like to save a couple thousand bucks to get a replica instead of the real thing....not one person said the replica is better than the real thing just priced right....some people want the replica..you we can see don't so just keep your mouth shut

^^ Perhaps he has an issue with replicas since it's their kit that is being copied. Top Secret and INGS are part of Bespoke Ventures.

hahaha..don't hate my car. Only you call it frankenstein. lolz Do i care what you think it is? Nah.

I have no trouble with the ladies. Since you keep jump up and down every single time you see a thread about replica, i just give you my money (that save from buying overprice authentic kit, like YOUR product) so you can chill out. Keep it cool or your sperm will die..hahaha.
