Do you have the install directions as a PDF you can send? Removing the rotor sounds like a PITA.

We don't have any PDF at this moment. Again, we had a lot of customers that just installed the wheel spacer by themselves. You don't have to worry about the rotor, actually it's very easy.

so does anyone know where i can get lug bolts besides nismo for 60 bucks. need 60mm bolts.(10)

25mm h&r's bolt up to your existing studs and they have their own studs. the do require you to shave about 1/8" off your existing studs(which is simple) it your wheels have a flat face.. in my opinion i like the bolt up better for a wide spacer, less stress on the studs.

yha those look puny, sunken in; maybe a +30 in the rear and +25 in the front...OR even better, +30 all around 4 corners
