Default those w/ LED blinkers

Question for those with LED blinkers or experience with LEDs...

have you seen the turn signal equalizer that fixes the hyper blinker problem?

not the load resistors, its a small box that goes into somewhere. heres the link, scroll down to the first product:

does anyone know how this thing hooks up and to where?

that "box" is a flasher module.. older cars use those.. our car is controlled by the body control module (BCM), and so that's why the blinker sound, sounds different than most cars, you'd think using the BCM they would accomodate the current draw an LED has vs a bulb, but i guess not
