Question Rear Light Relay??

Can someone give me a link to where I can create a switch that will cut out all lights in the rear? I read about it somewhere but I dont know if there was a DIY. Also thinking of doing a motorised license plate that would drop down.

Aww that one was not even complete. I need one that is good for all lights including brake lights, 3rd brake light, tail lights, and license plate. Stealth mode. I also cant find crap about electric flip down license plate holders. I found a couple but none that would work. Any clues.
