Default Listing of quality replica body kits...

I've been checking out a lot of threads lately related to different kits, and it seems like the quality of different replica manufacturers is always debated. I was thinking that maybe it would be a valuable resource if the members who have experience with replica kits could chime in with some info and tell where to get quality versions of each popular kit. Anyone else think this would be a good idea?

Shine auto's stuff all fits pretty good, and if it doesnt, they'll send you one that does fit right.

Replicas are the best when the molds are new. as soon as the molds start getting old thats when u see bad replicas. unfortunately some companies do not keep renewing the molds so u see good replicas and bad replicas alike coming from the same company, thats why u never see a resolution about who has the good replica kits. except companies like shine who seem liike they keep the molds new and are always putting out good parts...but ive seen threads about prollems with SAP as well....

Come on guys, if you've got a replica kit, spill the beans. Where'd you get it, how'd it fit, how much work was required at the body shop, etc... this would be really useful information for many other members I have a feeling...

good idea for member BUT not a good idea for the forum since vendor here control the forum. They will cry and biechhhhhhh with the mod then mod will go after me for "promote for non-vendor"

Unless when you want to buy certain brand such as Veilside, Nismo, Vertex then i can tell you where to buy it at the lowest price.

I agree with bubble about the old and new mold. I got a rear ings replica the same replica that bubble got and the fitment was horrible. Lights and lines dont matchup, trunk hangs out more than rear bumper, rear sides need to extend out to fit rear quarter panel. My body shop had to put in alot of work to make it fit.

The review that post about the Ings kit from Ebay (the Red ZR), they don't sell it anymore. You might got it from a different place.

I understand what you're saying, and it makes sense from a vendor's POV. That doesn't change the fact that it kind of sucks because a forum is for sharing information and ideas, and if we can't do that, then what is it good for?

Oh BTW I'm pm'ing you lol

I'll second the vote for Shine Auto Project stuff. Bought a replica Central 20 kit from them and it needed ZERO (yes, I said zero) work by my body shop. It lined up so well that I just had them spray it, and I did the install myself.

The front bumper of Shine Auto's C20 fits great. It's definitely a no headache bolt on. The rear needs a little work to make it right though.
