Default GT factory lambo door question

Sup everyone, Im thinking about getting lambo door for my car. And of course the best looking ones are GT factorys. But I really hate the fact of having to change the door panel to get it to go stright up.

Well my question is can you use the hinges without the door panels. I pretty sure you can, but it just wont go up as high. So if anyone have done this without the door panel, can I see pics of how high it can go.

Also people said LSD brand would be the next best choice. If you have these can I get some pics from the front and of the hinges. Thanz

We have some pics of the LSD Doors on our website:
http://www.gridesinc.com/Showroom.html#LSD

You will not be able to open your door vertically with GT hinges with out their door panels, which are slimmer than the factory versions. Your factory door panel will hit the A-pillar if not opened in the horizontal plane far enough. LSD engineered their hinges to not allow the door panel to hit the A-pillar and cause any damage. They really are a headache free set up and worth the $ if that is the look you want.

Thanks,
Gary

Thanks for the pics. Yeah I already know the factory door panels will hit the a pillar with out theirs door panel. I just want to know how far can you go with out their door panel. It might be good enough for me. Cause I have friends that have it on their G's and they dont have the extended wireing harness, so they cant go all the way up either. And that really dont look that bad to me. So just wondering if anyone out there have done it without it.
