Default INGs LX Sport Rear Apron- painted bottom portion ***PICS***

I was thinking of getting the INGs LX Sport Rear Apron (original, perhaps replica if there are any good ones out there). I was thinking of painting the bottom portion black. Has anyone seen or done this before? I kinda like the look... I used BhashaZ's 350z as a sample:

ALL painted silverstone:

Bottom portion painted black (sorry for the bad chop):

Yeah I was on the fence about this, but I didn't go through with it since I was really 50-50. I decided to paint it all SS, and later on I can get a flat black vinyl overlay on that portion. I'm glad I stayed all SS, but going black would look equally good!

As for cutting it out, I don't think that would be a good idea since you will see the stock rear bumper underneath.

I've been thinking about doing that, plus I'd paint the front lip part too.

Looks decent to me.

I Photoshopped that a while back and I think I posted it here too. It looked pretty good (I think..), but I thought people would give me crap for sticking CF on that portion. hehe I can send you that picture if you want.

Guys, car is going into the shop today... the rear will be molded to the bumper) and the lower portion will be painted black... Also, my sides will be installed as well. These are the sides:

It will be an interesting combo with my aerosync n-style front bumper.. then in two weeks..the new motor and turbo go in... I'm stoked!
