That def sucks. Atleast you are ok. I have done the same in the past. Despite my phone being like a third arm or a lifeline I let it on the floor of the car until I come to a stop. It kills me to have my phone out of reach rolling on the floor but I know its safer. As Im sure you do now to.

Tough break. Chicago has a new law which prohibits you from talking on you phone while driving and the cops are d**ks about it. However, they still let you eat, put on makeup, shave, f**k in your car so go figure!

thanks a lot guys.... but im still depressed as **** and my thumb is swolen the size of a ****ing apple. and to make it worse the guy wants to sue me, man i cant believe this. he helped the parking guy push my car up the sidewalk and when i gave him some wire he was under his car tying his muffler, and now he pretends to be hurt...

 

oh and the bodyshop gave me an estimate
$11,000 may be a little more if there are more parts damaged that they cant see.

 

Yes a body kit should be in you future.
