Default front fender well question

My Z is not daily driven so I have already removed the bottom plastic panel under the motor. But has any one removed the inner front fender wells, to make working on the car easer. Not sure but I would think that this would also allow better venting to the brakes. Just want to know if there is a difference, good or bad.

Thanks

IMO, unless you're tracking your vehicle, you wont notice any "ebefit" from removing the fender liners. in fact, you might do some damage due to flying debris and dirt/rain that will shoot up into the sides of the engine.

Don't take the inner wheel well covers off... you're going to have tonnes of sand, rocks and misc crap hitting everywhere the plastic is meant to protect..

Honestly, will it save you THAT much time? I can have the covers off in 2 minutes, it's like 5 plastic tabs and 1 screw?

A cat removed my driver's side inner-fender for me the other night

Is it bad that I was more worried about my Z than the idiot cat that sprinted in front of my car that was traveling 55 miles per hour?

I constantly take my wheel well out for repair work etc ----DONT leave them out ---Bad Mess-AND !!!!!!! The bottom Plastic pan helps alot in engine cooling by keeping the moving air surounding the engine as does really the wheel wells.
Go down to Nissan and buy a couple dozen Plastic push connectors though ---bout .80 apiece
