I ordered a jp Vizage kit from these guys 1 month ago because they had itstock and i still dont have it yet im getting frustrated i keep emailing them and i get no reponse for days!!! they dont update my account the last update was june 23 And the update siad you will see your kit next week and that was weeks ago What is going on ???
They keep telling me there waiting for a fax from the shipping carrier to find out where it is or somthing like that is that possible ?? Any one order from these guys before? im a pretty patient guy but man this is getting crazy . There site even says that they have the best service possible BS I even emailed before i placed the order to make sure they had it instock and they siad yes and then i ordered. What happened to my kit AHHHHHHHHH

my last email i stated if i dont get the kit next week i want a refund. I will see on monday what they say.

 

take it from me Alan, these things happen. They could be waiting to hear back on a trace that they put out on the package. A month is too long, something had to have happened. Tell them if you dont get it or a tracking number you want a refund. If they deny your refund call your credit card company and dispute the charges. Hope it works out !

 

why dont' you order directly from JP?

I gaurantee they sold the one in stock and had to order yours from Japan. Mine took like 21/2 to 3 months to come in. Sit back and enjoy the wait because there is nothing you can do if its coming from over seas. Oh yeah, when it finally does arrive, it will sit in CUSTOMS for about a week, then the shipping company will take about 5 days to get to you.

 

i ordered mine from jp and it arrived within 8 days. and thats because i missed the delivery the first 2 days. also the shipper had the wrong apartment number the 1st time!

how much did you pay total from these guys if you dont mind me asking, including shipping. i payed 1220 for the full type a kit shipped straight from jp aero.

 

I paid around $1300 for the full kit and rear wing with shipping from OCTANE MOTORSPORTS. Took like 2 1/2 monthes to come in from Japan.

 

Yeah i payed 1300$ shipped and there still not responding to my emails . There site doesnt even have a contact # WTF???? It says give us your # and we will reach you ???? I just want a refund i gave them till the end of this week .

 

By the time they respond, your kit will have been delivered.

Look at it this way, things could be worse, you could be waiting 8 months for a body kit like me.

That may not be too reassuring however.
