DEFINITELY buy that dvd, i got the exact same one for 125 bucks shipped to my door, so that is NOT a bad price whatsoever. Its an awesome unit and you can even get an accessory 12v adaptor for in home use to play all your VCD's! Youll love that DVD unit once you have it.

But on the other hand, DO NOT go cheap on the screen. You will kick yourself later for buying that Legacy one. They are total crap during the daytime. Go Fahrenheit, or possibly check out the NESA screens available. Definitely make sure that the store has an open item return policy on teh screens and keep going back until you find one you are happy with.

Default GSP integration

If i'm planning on getting a GPS system later, what's the best deal ? you guys like better the apline or the pioneer which are both arround $1,700. I just saw a pioneer for that price and included dvd movies playback, as well as a 6'5'' flat lcd screen.

If I just buy that dvd in my first post and a good screen, is it easy to integrate the gsp later on ? more expensive ? the same price ... ?

I'm going for both, but I don't know if I can afford getting them at the same time... might be worthy to wait ...

I'm also getting leather sits next week. I found a place where they install both seats for $1,100 plus $50 for two tones, and another $50 for the Z logo on both ... how's the price ? I got a similar quote on three different places.

Thank you for the input ...

If your planning on getting GPS later on then defintiely dont buy either of these units. If your navi system you are buying does not play DVD video then get teh dvd unit you showed in your first post. Like i said, i have one and i love it. It WILL play burned VCD's unlike most all home DVD players. The only fallback of that unit you want to get is that i cannot play out of region dvds, only region 1 discs will play, but ALL VCD discs will play in it, so its a trade off. Most all navi systems have extra inputs so you could jsut plug this unit into the navi and it would then in turn send the audio/video signal out the headunit and screen.
