Just wondering if anyone has this combo on their Z. I looked through endless amounts of search results with no good pics. if anyone has any pics of their car with the tint, that would be great.

thanks

Default Chrome Gradiant Tint to 35% on Silver Enthusiast?

Hi,
Anyone ever tinting their silver 350Z using chrome gradiant tint (graphic tint) that is chrome on the bottom, then is a gradual fade to black?
I was thinking about trying that on my '03 chrome Silver Enthusiast just on the side windows and the rear sides.
There is some on Ebay for about $30 with s\h for a 20' roll.
I tinted my other vehicle last Fall, 2006, and it was easy to do with good results, wet shrinking, pre-cut kit. I am ready to try that again, not interested in just regular old black tint though this time. Any pictures or opinions are welcomed. Not sure how it would be looking out of the silver part.
Thanks,
George

Silver tint on a silver car=match. I don't get the "ghey" comment. I might do this as well. I had silver tint on one of my other cars, and damn, it reflects the sun pretty well, that some angles you can't see inside. The car was much cooler, temperature-wise, in the interior as well.

Default Tinting

Hi,
I wanted to make sure I understood?
So then if I understand you, for all Silver tint, but against the gradiant tinting?
Thanks,

Mirrored film WILL clash with EVERY silver car you can possibly think of. It's a Chrome look and clashes with silver. I Highly recommend looking into what most tinters call "Endurance", which is reflective and Graphite in color. Looks very well with silver cars and darn near matches gunmetal shades.

Smoke tint is the only tint. Colors, chrome, fade, etc. = tacky.

I have a chrome silver also. I was also looking into getting the "silver" tint, but went with the black instead. I thought the "lighter" silver tint on the door would look bad with the "darker" silver tint on the back. But I would like the see pics also if anyone has done this.
