my friend may be able to get me this bumper for me in a straight up trade for my OEM bumper, problem is, he doesn't know what kind it is. it was sold to them as a "Nismo" bumper, but they got it for cheap, so i'm not too sure. but i like the looks and if it's good construction, i'll probably pick it up, but i can't get over there to see it for a couple days. any help is appreciated.

Yes its nismo, most likely a replica. Check fitment first.

 

also, if you get it, get rid of the mesh and put some clear or smoked sidemarkers. The finish looks like its primed for paint so it may be a decent replica.

 

you know what, searching wouldn't help me find out what brand that bumper is. i know it's a nismo style, just don't know what brand. several companies make them from what i've seen, so maybe someone had this one (with mesh sides), and could help me out.
if it's such a crappy thread, don't respond to it.

the one in my picture has mesh inserts where the side markers are and comes with the indentation for the nissan burger. i didn't see them on the aerosync bumpers. smarter people please reply.

Treez, they were just trying to help there is NO NEED to insult people here.
There are so many nismo replicas out there it going to be hard to pin point who exactly makes the one you have pictured, you might wanna get with your friend and see where he ordered it from and go from there. Besides that all i can say is good luck finding out who the manufacturer is.

well you have a point TreeZ. Your bumper def is NOT the AeroSync poly-urethane brand. But it appears to be decent quality. Finding the correct brand is nearly impossible since there are probably at least 20 companies making replicas of the orginal Nismo bumper.

I would test fit it before you hand over the cash.

That is a ViS Racing Techno R numper. Pretty much a JDM NISMO copy but quality and fitment is great.
