As everyone else has mentioned, that is the JP Vizage bodykit (actually the very first one imported into the US from Japan). The only non-Vizage piece is the rear upper spoiler, which is an Infiniti G35c spoiler fabricated to fit the rear.

Here is another picture I took of my car about 5 minutes before the one in the picture that always seems to show up somewhere.
