Yeah, that's pretty much the right answer. The RS cuts, if done correctly, will have a nice subtle look with the 07-08 HR hood, while still giving it that race-style vented appearance. The RS-style vents are simple enough to work on that hood without making it look too busy, or gaudy.
Again it all comes down to the placement, size, and cut of the vents for it look right.
