what is the point of this little bulb?

day runner...its required to be always on in canada. Besides, it looks cool fool.

I thought DRL were off the highbeam bulb?

Yep it's a parking light bulb. To me that's an odd name for it, because it doesn't assist me while parking in the dark. At any rate, if you have the HID headlights you should probably swap out the stock parking light bulbs for something with a whiter hue to match your low/high beams. That yellow color is whack!

when I put in my Stealth turn signal bulbs, I simply removed my parking light bulb and I think it looks a lot better when the HIDs are on.
