Default JP Product Review!! Must see

I just posted this as a reply and wanted to share as a new thread as well

Bump for Rick!!! Guys these JP kits are no joke. They are the best quality kits i have ever seen. i used to do distribution for a few companies where im from, nothin big but none the less i saw alot of kits and these are top notch quality. The Fiber glass kits (type A) are made of think layered fiberglass and are delivered smooth and pre drilled. I havent seen this quality since VIS was at the top of their game. My kit was ready for paint pretty much out of the box. no Problem at the paint shop and it fit like a glove. You may have to wait awhile to get one of these exceptional kits, unless you get it from rick (i picked up same day as i requested my rear spoiler which is perfect) but any wait is more than worth it.

The spoiler is made of solid polyurethane and it just screems quality. Authentic JP is the only way to go, period!

Thanks again Rick and let your friends at JP know that any real car lover would appreciate the OEM quality of parts they are distributing!!

Props on maybe the best 350z product i have seen!!!

Wow! I definitely appreciate the kind words man! It is nice to be appreciated once in a while haha. Yeah, I agree the JP kits are something else especially the polyurethane stuff. OEM quality for sure

It is good to see that some car enthusiasts can see the difference between quality authentic products versus the replica kits that are made that are not only crushing the aftermarket, but also putting a bad name out for the companies that they copy from because some car enthusiasts think that the replica they are buying is authentic!

Thanks for the support and great post. I'm going to forward this to the CEO of JP USA to show that people do appreciate their nice stuff.

Here is their website as well for those that are curious: http://www.jpusaco.com

I installed a JP kit the other month. I was VERY impressed with the quality and fitment. The only problem is that I cannot get a JP because my friend has it. Tell them to come out with more styles!

And while you're at it ask them when the new prototype kit comes out.

That kit won't be available for another 5 weeks from what I hear. The one you see on my car in the pics was the prototype that was made almost a year ago. It will retail for $1,599 for the 4-piece kit

Not trying to be rude, but to compare JP's quality with VIS to me is like an insult. I think by now people already exprienced that buying a full body kit for $500 or even worse $750 from China to save money actually ended up costing more. Bodyshops usually charge ridiculous amounts of labor to get the fitting / hacking / alignment / bondo / blocking the waves on the panel. The end result is you paid more to get it to look right and in the end you still had a kit that was inferior. Cheap resins, fiberglass, gelcoats with bondo underneath and thick primer to block out all the imperfections.

Plus on an investment angle, reselling the copies are harder and with close to nothing in value.

I think he was referring to VIS during it's "prime?" Great post on what replica kits do to cause trouble for buyers. Buy the real thing and support the companies that innovate and make our hobby better and grow rather than being frugal and supporting replica companies that are ruining our hobby, aftermarket, and love for cars.

.
i disagree on this. As discussed many times before, not all bodyshop will charge you more. If you smart enough, you will find a shop that will not BS with you about this.

No matter how good of the quality of authentic or replica, once you hit it, they still crack the same. Bodykit is not an important part on the car so why would you spend thousands on the bumper when you can spend hundred? Keep in mind, Z bodykit is not bad as Civic. Have you seen any replica kit that make the Z looks bad yet?

It's not being frugal when you're buying replica. How long do you think you will keep the body kit on your car? Years? is that too boring? Put it this way, you can spend $3000 on a kit while i spend $1000k. Within a year or every year, i can change out a new kit while you stuck with your 3K kit and pray every time you drive the car that nothing will happen to your kit. On the other hand, i just enjoy drive my car. If something happen to the kit, fark it, i will have a new one. No problem.
