momo and razo both make popular ones, I have the momo one with a leather shift boot... reason i did it was because at a show one time i heard "aww man look a Z... oh nevermind F that it's an automatic"

you can't see down there when the doors are shut and the windows are up cause of my tint, so it does achieve the purpose I intended it for, that being stupid punks thinking my car sucks ONLY because its an auto... if they hate what i've done with it, whatever, but thats almost like being racist lol... but who needs another auto vs. manual discussion here anyways

if its someone I know or if I talk to them I don't try and lie, thats just dumb lol

Putting on the shifter and boot is no different than putting on a twin turbo emblem when your Z is still stock

wow, i really have to disagree with you there, because I don't tell people it is an MT.

what if you parked your car at a show/meet and walked away, but still were close enough you could here someone say "dude look its a Z, oh wait, its brickyard F that" what would you think? stupid punk doesn't even know what he's talking about, right? same idea here. I am just able to do something about it to get people to say "hey look a Z" and take a minute to appreciate what I've done to it instead of completely disregarding it because it's an auto, thats all.

Yeah I hear you. Too bad some folks cant appreciate a car and the work that goes into it instead of something like manual or automatic.

BTW My Z is auto

i ordered my boot from redlinegoods, a member here on the site. i bought the **** used but the best place to find them is on ebay or from the cardomain online shop. it is definitely a custom job, no perfect way to do it, if you had a shop do it it might turn out better tho
