Before I state anything, I know all about the moving of the latch and the TS vents hitting the engine parts. So for the record the vents are touch the drivers side strut bar only because of the angle that which the drivers side part of the hood is being pulled down, and 2 I have moved the latch, taken off the latch, thrown the latch, beat the latch
. . . you get the point
and I still arrive at this . . . .

My next step Im going to add some washers to the drivers side bolts to try and offset the problem, but I need some help here. This is a brand new hood, and I dont believe it is wraped cause the last hood I had (Brought off a member which fit perfect to his car) did the same thing. . .
So the only thing usless someone has some input is the hinges that hood the hood on one is bent, iono
Thanks are any help you guys got

Are they real TS hood or a Seibon replica one? sorry, but it look kinda bad...I would just go for the stock hood instead. These damn people, they should try it on the car first before actually put it on the market.
Those fitment make the Z look cheap, like those cheap cars where there are huge gap everyway between body panels.

obviously, your strut bar is sitting too high on the right. i notice you have an md product. if its the spacer, you are fzuked, cuz your strut bar is sitting higher than normal. i had a similar problem with the vents of my hood hitting the strut bar cuz of the spacer, and i tried many combos of strut bar/washer/hood latch adjustments without any satisfying solution. finally, i just removed the strut bar. problem solved.
any of the strut bars that run in front of the plenum, like the crawford, should work if you really want a strut bar, but then you would have to modify or lose the engine cover altogether. i've read that you don't really need the strut bar unless you track your z. good luck.
my main concern was abnormal vibration from the bar touching the hood. as someone said earlier, you could try to alter the part of the hood thats in contact with the bar. also, you could use the strut bar only when tracking your z.

I dnt have any vibration right now at all, it rubs very little on the drivers side but only because that side is so much lower then the other . . .

I Had The Same Problem...one Side Is Higher ... It Didnt Seem To Fit...i Decide To Get Hood Pins And Put In The That Aline The Oem Hood... Its Like A Black Rubber Strip.. That Protects Water From Getting It... After That Looks Llike It Fits Better... But With The Rubber Strip , To Me It Seems Harder To Push Down Cuz Of The Extra Material...but It Doesnt Hurt.. And Plus It Was Easy To Apply On.
Same here, though I did'nt want to use hood pins I did and problem solved. Actually it did'nt look bad at all. BUT, I did cut off the latch part on the hood because it just would'nt work but still no probs. now. As far as your strut bar mine does'nt touch, of course my hood came with rain guards which I removed to let the heat out. BTW you can usually find hood pins @ Advanced auto parts or Autozone.
Has the car been in an accident?
Is it possible that the quarter panels are tweaked either from an accident, hard landing, or even from the factory? Having two different hoods not fit - and the first was a known good fit to someone else's ride makes me think that it's the body of your car vice the hood.

No accident, but I was thinking that one of the hinges might be bent.
And I have hood pins (sparco) havent gotten around to getting them put in
