Are left / right window motors identical?

I might need to replace my passenger side motor and i've got one laying around, but i'm not sure which side its for. Does it matter or are they identical?

Nope they are different RH part#80730-CD001 LH part#80731-CD001....Also TSB# NTB04-089 (SERVICE BULLETIN) Window motor reset

They look absolutely identical. Will one work in place of the other?
