Default Top Secret CF rear diffuser (pics)

I've received many PM's to see what these look like, and if they'll clear certain exhausts, etc etc...

so I took it out of the box, and took a couple pics. They are in 3 pieces...center piece, and the 2 side vortex generators. There are also brackets to install them on the car.

here's what it looks like:

And many are wondering how far it stretches underneath the car where the muffler area goes, so I took this pic with my PS2 remote to show the approximate length... I have the Greddy evoTT exhaust, so the muffler is relatively big compared to other mufflers...so we might have to cut a chunk off that part to make it fit. i don't know yet...havne't even test fitted it. I should have it installed next week, and I'll let you know what we did to make it fit, if we had to do anything at all.

Hope this helps answer a few questions, especially in the TS or DAMD replica thread.

I was rear ended, so my cwest rears are screwed. I wanted to go cwest again, but it's backordered for god knows how long..so I opted for these instead. Should look alright. But the question is fitment...

I'm surprised how any driver could possibly NOT be looking at your car

Maybe there was a Carerra GT driving by?
it was a good friend who was a stand up guy and paid for all the damages up front...

Thanks for the pictures. I am still really wondering how it fits in the front, and how much gap for mufflers and exhaust pipes. After looking at your pictures, I am going to print them out and go look at my Z to get a concept. It looks great, btw.

Thanks for the picts.

more importantly, can you take pictures of the mounting hardware that came with it? i'm interested in where it mounts near the sides of the bumper, and where they're attached on the leading edge of the diffuser- from the picts. it looks like its just the four on the sides and two in the rear where it drills into the stock rear bumper- yikes! how is that supposed to support the vaccum affect generated?

it looks like if you have any type of mudflaps, they have to be removed since the vortex generators stick out so much behind the rear wheel..

thanks again for the picts-

anytime cheston. The mounting holes actually attaches TO the brackets, THEN to the car. I don't want to take out the brackets and everything because I would be ripping the packaging and wouldn't be able to put it back...lol...

yes the vortex generators are easy to attach. 3 screws each side.

my muffler is wayyy bigger than your Invidias. If you've seen the Greddy's, you know what I mean.
