Default Thinking of doing 2-tone paint.. input?

Well, i need to have some paint work done because i must have upset someone in the last month.. i left the Z outside my house for a few hours instead of in the garage and someone threw eggs at it.. this just 2 weeks after one of the bikes was vandalized.. so im thinkin lemans sunset top and keepin SB on bottom.. any suggestions?

Man you really need to consider moving to a new neighborhood or f*@kin someone up haha

I think the lemans would be overkill and too flashy....I'd suggest silverstone

I'de suggest if you want a to attempt a paint scheme like that..... Get yourself a honda accord, and dont forget the double decker wing.

ok.. so maybe a darker color? maybe a charcoal color or something along those lines?

Ah... dual tone is a touchy subject from what I have seen... the Z looks good in a single color. I recently saw somewhere a dark-gray top with all the low side on black... acceptable indeed.

If you get a too noticeable combo (redline base with black top, black base with Lemans top, and so on) it kind of looks ricey... just my opinion and no offense intented of course.

i actually sort of have the 2 tone paint job, mixing black paint and cf parts for a black/silverstone paint

i actually think it would look better if lemans sunset was on bottom, and then the DP on the top.......but thats just me

But, man, LS with DB...........pimps drive cars with less flash! LOL!

He said SB (super black), not DB.

Two tone is getting a bit overdone. I would suggest doing a totally custom color instead.

well.. i found out whos been doin this... theyre high school kids.. and they ran their mouths to a guy i know.. one kid lives down the street.. so basically.. i got someone that will tell the police and testify if necessary.. but with the bike 2 weeks ago and the car this weekend, its probably $3000+ in damages.

Please don't!

If anything it will just draw more attention to your Z ........not the good attention either.

Must have been some hard eggs if they did enough damage to justify a new paint job.
If the paint is still there and it's just scratched and stained a good wet sand should be able to take care of it no?

no.. its pretty bad.. and its the roof and the around the top of the drivers window... thats why i was thinking possibly doing 2-tone
