Why? The RX-8 has suicide doors and the only purpose is to make it easier to get into the back seat. Since the Z lacks a backseat, suicide doors are pointless.

I'm going to put "hummingbird wing" doors on my Z. They will be really small and open and close very rapidly (in fact, you don't even have time to enter or exit the car, you have to crawl out the back hatch instead).
