Question Dash Kit?

I'm looking at getting a new dash kit, and i don't really want to go with brushed aluminum, but i'm not sure if woodgrain would look quite right in a Z, has anyone installed a dash kit, and if so what are your thoughts?

If you are talking about those glue on kits you should really see them in person before buying one.

They basically look like your sweet but retarded nephew glued those puffy stickers all over your dash. You also have to acid etch your dash so the stickers will stay stuck.

There was a "carbon fiber" kit that completly covers your stock dash pieces and that one is supposed to look nice but again, you should always see them in person before blowing the money.

Do you really want your dash looking like this?

Personally I think the only nice modification people do to their dash is to color match the center section to their body.

Your right about it being CF look-a-like. The difference between mine and the other kit (evo-r) is that they actually cover the entire stock pieces with their overlay. The evo-r ones are actually just stickers that you can peel off.(https://my350z.com/forum/showpost.ph...postcount=225) They look good from a distance, but up close, you can see that they really don't fit the pieces that well around corners, and your limited to what you can actually cover ( no armrest). My .02

SuiteEgrafx does sell real CF but its big $$$$
