Head out to my car today, and what do I see...a freakin air bubble in the passenger side door handle. Has anyone else has this problem? If so, the dealership took care of it under warranty, correct? I find this problem kind of weird. Anyways, on to the pics.

Dealership will cover it under warranty if you're under 36,000 miles or have an extended bumper to bumper warranty

 

How is it wierd? As in it wasn't there before? Or you just didn't noticed it till now?

 

That is weird. Get it fixed under warranty. How did a bubble get in there?

 

Is there a color code for this 'door handle' plastic paint?

The door handles aren't painted. They're plastic covered in a thin layer of aluminum. The bubble is the adhesive failing. Mine has two bubbles on the driver's door handle. Just haven't had a chance to get it fixed yet.

 

That same material on the rear strut bar "Z" has bubbled on my '03.

 

I posted about this about a month ago and my dealership replaced i with no problems at all under warranty. They said they have never seen anything like that before and replaced it. Problem solved
