to be honest. If you are asking how to install it you should take it to the dealer.

Hey give him a break. Not everybody knows how to work on their cars. There was a point that I would have asked that question just to know that I do it right the first time.

As far as installing new shocks I havn't swapped mine but I'm guessing its just a swap, pull the old ones off and put the new ones on the opposite way you took the others off.

Shut this forum down. It's not needed. Actually, let's have all the forums closed. What's the point?

Iz Bad ---I ran my mouth a little till I went out and disconnected mine and found that something is more than meets the eye. There are now 2 of us inquiring, One out of neccessity and me out of curiousity. Fock the dealer and maybe Fock Nismo for not sending a little paper work to help with the install.
Which I originally figured was just common sense.

just checked the service manual.

in bl.pdf page 86 it shows that removal is to remove the stud ball on the trunk lid and then the bracket on the rear section off and install in reverse order. Does not say if the ball comes out.

gl with it, hope that helped.

The kit should come with a new ball. I believe it is designed so that once you put the ball in it doesn't come out.
