Corbeau LG1 (Legacy) seats
I've been looking around at seat options and want something a bit different, reclines, fits an average sized caucasian, and isn't an absolute ripoff. I was looking at some CR1's, but after talking to Mike (350ZNV) I realized I might be a little pinched in them. Since then I've been looking at the LG1's in black microsuede as they have a slightly wider hip area.
Does anyone have any experience with them (good or bad)? Thanks!

Oh, and I added up the prices on these. With a pair of seats, sliders, 2" 4-pt harnesses, and pads, they will come out to about $1164.

I very briefly had the smaller sized CR1's in my truck. They were to small for my big ***. If I would have bought the bigger size, they would have been a good seat to haul a$$ in.
They also sat me wayyyyy to high in the vehicle. Felt like the nose bleed section. I was actually going to shorten my shifterrheight before I installed them but with those CR1's, I felt like I needed to add half of foot to the shift lever length.
I thought the fabric was thin and weak. I hear their microsude is better though, which is what I would go with, if I bought their seats again.
If you buy from racing seats USA.com pray to God that you never have to return them or an exchange for a different size or color. You will be fugged.
I'm thinking of maybe a WIDE set of TRS's in Microsuede. But I dunno. only if I had them shave 1" off the bottom.
Was also thinking of maybe A set of Forza II's but would be impossible to get in and out of the car with them and they might be too big while the smaller original Forza's would be too small.

I've been looking around a little more, and while I still like these seats, I found some that I like even better even though they cost a bit more. Still researching them, however.

Unfortunately I don't see any reclining street seats there. I'm not really interested in going with full bucket seats as I'd like to keep the car comfortable. I'm mostly looking for something thats comfortable, stylish, and lightweight and doesn't completely compromise any of these factors. I'm also looking for something in Microsuede or Alcantara because I have some other interior pieces that I'm pieces that I'm doing in suede (headliner, etc). All black.
So far the most ideal choices seem to be the Corbeau LG1, Sparco Monza/Torino2, Recaro Speed, and JIC Reclinable.

Oops I didnt check to see if they had reclinable seats. I guess they are really just a "race" seats company hahah. Based on what you are looking for the first thing that popped in to my head were Sparcos. Out of the seats u mentioned, the sparcos and recaros will probably have the best resale value

Allright. I'm going to make a call or two today, but I might hold out for a while to look for used/preowned deals to pop up. Only problem is people seem to only sell RED seats.

I have a 34" waist and i fit with room to spare so they must of been the wide version. They were a little old though so even the guy i got them from wasnt sure if they were or not. I know my fata$$ 300 pound friend fit in them with no problem. So yea get a wide version, wide seats feel so much better. They do to me anyway because on long trips i have to move around, cant sit in one position for extended periods of time.
