Default Adjusting 350z headlights...

I can barely see at night. I have the projection headlights but it's aimed really low. I took it to the dealership and after waiting a while, they were "done". I tested it out at night and it was at the same spot it was before. At a red light my beam is alittle below the top of the rear bumper of a car. I think it needs to be at least to the top of the license plate. Anyway, is it not possible to adjust them, or was the dealership just lazy?

Good thing this car has quick handling, I've had to swerve quickly to avoid this guy that walks his dog 24\7 for some reason. That is how low this thing is...

Hmmm. I see where to adjust it, but there is no screw. Maybe this is why the dealership didn't do anything... I have an 05', did they take it out so people wouldn't adjust it themselves?
EDIT: My mistake it's the same thing. All I've got is a long flat head, I was going to try extending a socket driver, but it's too thick. It sure is a tight squeeze!

It's hard to see but it is there, you can do it with very thin, long flat head scewdriver.

Phillips head worked better for me. I got sick of getting high-beamed and even sicker of dumb people who think they can drive with highs on just b/c other cars now have HIDS. Their high beams aren't as bright, but they are aimed higher and blind people. So now, I can see better and my high beams make people regret being dumb. I see cars turning their rear views down when I get behind them. It sucks, but I was getting high beamed by A LOT of people. Every night on the highway, some tool always gets behind me and leaves the highs on. I'd flash my lights off and back on a few times. No dice. I'd slow down, they'd slow down to keep me in front b/c they knew what was coming. I'd get behind them and flash. No luck. I threw a full energy drink can on the last guy's windshield and took off. So instead of throwing things, being pissed, and taking a risk of getting shot after I throw things, I'll just have crazy bright high beams now. The hypersprite site is very helpful.
