Recaro and Bride are both great topshelf seats. The brides are typically sized for smaller drivers...japanese drivers though they do have a model for larger drivers though the top harness holes are higher too.

The Brides have a cool factor attached since they're harder to get and rarer on cars but not so hard to get anymore.

It's really a matter of preference and comfort. I'm currently considering the Bride Artis II Navigator seat for the driver side.

Is there a reason your not wanting Corbeau seats? They have hundreds of applications, there MUST be one that fits your body shape and size perfectly.

Otherwise definitely go with the Recaro seats.

I'm sorry I have to go with the Brides...they are ultra nice and have sat in a couple of friends' seats. The coolness factor of having those Japanese seats in your Japanese Z is just too sweet to pass up if given the chance...

Ive always considered Corbeau cheap, and not for my car. Kinda like getting a Grant GT steering wheel from Pep Boys or something. Bride, Recaro, and Sparco.

Talking My vote goes to BRIDE, baby!!!

Isn't there a company that made a 350Z limited after market seat? I think I saw it in one of the pics in the Tokyo Show! That one is very nice as well!!

I resent that statement. i've owned Corbeau seats before (still do on my Maxima, the Corbeau CR1s) and i love them.

yea they're alot cheaper than the name brand Sparco or Recaro, but they are NO WAY like pep boys brand quality.

they're great seats. dont' knock it if you dont own it.

I had Sparco Torino in my last car and loved them. I think Sparco just came out with brackets so you should be able to get any Sparco seat. Bride's are very nice and bling bling, but not usually in stock and are more oriented for a smaller driver. Recaro is also the same as Bride that is it hard to find in stock, but Recaro does offer seats in leather I believe. I hope this helps.

thanks,
Greg

Yeah, I love going JDM too but I'd say Bride and Recaro are equal in quality. But Bride is $200+ more. Sparco is just as good too, if you ask me. Plus they have more color options than either Recaro or Bride. If it were my car, I'd go with Recaro.

You should be ok in the Brides. Well for reference I have Bride Brix. And I'm a lil lighter than you and about the same height. Yaya I'm a skinny boy

But to be honest I'm not sure if I would spend that kind of money on seats again. The brix are like sitting in a padded bucket seat. Its real snug and holds great. I was originally planning on Zeta II's and Sparco Evo's before that. Getting bride seats IS a "woo JDM coolness factor"

John,

You aren't going ot get an adjustable seat? Unless you plan on just racing the car I would not get a fixed back seat. I would get a adjustable seat. It will make your life a lot easier when driving and more comfortable.

thanks,
Greg
