Shine Auto made a hybrid FRP with Carbon fiber lip version. I think it was a one off for someone on the forum though.

for the right price I am sure it could be done, for a one off tho it would be pretty expensive I would guess.

Ouch, a bit steep I'd say. I think I paid something in that neighborhood to paint all four pieces of my Shine C-20 kit (full replacement front and rear). I'd shop around..
Very nice bumper though, and since its shine you know it fits great. I wish they'd make this in full CF!
