I didn't do anything special and my tint is perfect. Either crack the windows a hair for 4-5 days or just don't get in/out as much. After a few days it'll be dry and all will be well. If it isn't, it was a lousy job.

While we're on the subject...need some opionions on my tint issue. I have permanent scuff like marks on the inside of both driver and passenger windows. There are two of them(scuff like marks) per window, parallel to each other, running vertically. Looks like the must have rubbed on something when I put the windows up and down.
Was going to have them redone, but pointless if it's just going to happen again. Anyone have a similar problem and if so was it fixed?

I've got those too, but they're not visible from outside, so I'm not worried about it. Probably just rubbing on something inside the door, like you said.

As others have said, a good tint shop will account for that when doing the tint. Mine was done by a shop owned by Russian 'mad scientists' who do top-notch work and noticed the Z's auto-down/up window seal feature even before I pointed it out. They made sure the bottom won't peel off as the film dried over the following few days.

Be sure your tint shop doesn't charge you a redo fee for this. They never should've let it happen in the first place.

That sounds like the window streak problem the Z is so infamous for. Just my thoughts.

Yeah, that is definitely the wheel rollers that move the window. Although they're not putting grease on your window, it sounds like they're putting extra pressure. A dealer might be able to fix that.
