I have put a set on a 87 corvette and my friends 03 corvette and that was a pain in the *** to do, Since i dont pick my car up till tuesday i was wondeirng if there is room to hide the neon tubes without a body kit?
Because it lights up the road, lol, Im just wondering if anyone did it to a 350Z here and how hard it was to do, the kits just laying around and its brand new so id rather throw it on my car instead of let it sit and collect dust, but i know i will get in trouble with it cus here in NY cops HATE neons
Holy crap. The Z is a sports car, so treat it like one. If you have no intent on treating it for the true meaning it was built then you dont really need it.
I had a neon kit when I was 16 (now 28) on a 1978 Cadillac Sedan Deville, painted baby blue and rolling on some 13 inch Dayton spokes. It will look great on a Z. Put them on, post pictures and then watch us all laugh

don't sweat it man, half these people on these forums don't like the underglow kits not because it doesn't look good, only because its "ricey". the other half don't like the lights because they are sheep. tell ya what, if you think it looks good, then go for it. i saw a tight yellow z with matching lights under the car and it was SICK. good luck bro.
