Now that I am experiencing cold weather, I get in the Z in the morning and go to turn on the A/C to defrost the windshield ...... the control is seriously frozen stuck ........ takes a sincere nudge to get it moving. Stays sticky feeling the rest of the day. I don't recall spilling anything on it; maybe I did. It doesn't happen with any of the other climate controls. Anybody else have this situation? Am I not going to be able to turn it one morning? Any clue? Thanks.

 

actually I had the same problem. All you have to do is grab a Q tip and wet it with a little rubbing alcohol and gentle brush the dial and try to get the small crack in there as well. This should fix your problem turning the dial.
