Default NOOB QUESTION about Tach lights

Just had a question, Im not sure where to post. Im not to good to the website, but Ive seen some guys on here put the blue lights, and there dash "gauges" RPM, mph, etc.

How do you do it? has anyone have it done? To change the orange lights to blue.

Sorry my info sucks.

you can drive with no gauges for a while, its not that hard just keep putting gas in it every few days.
