I need a fast answer, Is it unsafe to put in a kirk roll bar with 5 pt. harneses with my stock seats...Or do i have to have aftermarket seats for it to be safe.

 

The only thing I could see that may be unsafe about that setup is that the stock seats dont have pass thrus for the harness shoulder belts. So theres nothing to really keep them in the proper position. Is this going to be a temp setup while you're waiting for aftermarket seats or what?

I'm just not seeing the objective... If you plan on tracking the car seriously enough to need harness' and the roll bar, then you'd probably desire more supportive seats anyway.

I run the kirk racing bar and corbeau 5 points, but I also have corbeau forza seats.

 

You can't even use 5pt harnesses with the stock seats, you could only use a 4pt. Studies (and accidents) have shown that using anything less than a 5pt harness on a car can allow you to be greatly injured. (this is aside from using the stock retractable belts)
