Default To carbon fiber or not carbon fiber?

http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...245_1_full.jpg

^pic of my car.

I recently purchased Veilside V1 carbon fiber sideskirt pieces for my car. I also might be acquiring a carbon fiber c-west front lip. My question is do you guys think I should keep these pieces carbon fiber or paint them given the current looks of my car now? I'm not really sure If I'm going for a clean look or sporty look. If keep em CF would they stand out too much? Constructive opinions are welcome.

CF looks good on silver. Keep them CF for now and you cold always have them painted later for a change, if you wish.

Or, you could paint parts of them and still have some CF showing.

Maybe you should have your bodyshop do a fade on the CF pieces.

My take is that if you buy cf then you want that look. Since you already bought some pieces then I'm assuming you dig the look of cf....so keep it that way.

Painting cf is a waste unless you're REALLY saving weight (like the rear hatch).

Those are the same pieces I have. I guess I'll put em on to see how they look. Worse comes to worse I'll remove and paint.

Why buy CF if you are going to paint it? I mean, a hood I can understand. But a body kit? Why not just get FRP?

Well I bought it cause I was unsure if I wanted CF or not. The price was right too so getting the fiberglass or urethane wouldve been the same thing.

Damn, good deal then. I agree with whoever said to run the full CF, and then go from there. Probably (IMO) the best looks is partially painted or not at all.

I'd say do what you like. He's a pic of my Z with them painted to give you an idea. Obviously, I'm partial to having them the same color of the car.

Most of people will get bored on CF and paint them but leave some area in CF and gives them a unique look. Half painted, half CF is a baller sign
